For larger, dynamic websites with content management systems, I like to include a training session within the build price for my customers. To get the best out of any system, it's always good to hit the ground running with an insight on how to make things happen quickly and easily.
I undertake all training personally, tutoring at a level that is applicable for each individual trainee.
For customers within Shropshire or around it's borders, this training usually takes place within their premises using the computers that they are familiar with. Customers from further afield should contact me discuss options.

I pride myself on the relationships that I build with my customers. I offer a very responsive service for updating and amending brochure websites and for addressing any web related issues that my clients may have. I try to make things as simple and straightforward as possible rather than bogging my clients down with technical details.
My support services can be bought on a simple hourly rate, or you can have a more cost effective annual package to cover your needs if you regularly need my services.
Of course, sometimes people who I've built sites for just need a little help or advice over the phone. In which case they just call me and we have a chat and that's free!
